CallReplay v9 - New Features and Improvements Over Version 8

 

I. Main New Features

 

1. Hierarchical Users and Recording Configuration

 

CallReplay v9 uses a new, hierarchical system of adding new users and roles, with the possibility to configure all the settings related to these users in a new, Unified Configuration window. This system allows inheritance for permissions and recording policies, grouping of users by folders and tags.

2. Screen Recorder Integration

 

This release also supports integration with screen videos created by the Memolith screen recorder software.

3. Memolith Screen Recorder

 

This is the screen recording software used by CallReplay. You can deploy this on any number of desktops.

4. Widget-Based Dashboard

 

A new dashboard is available in version 9, which allows the user to view general statistics about CallReplay in a single window. Users can add various widgets such as System or Database information, or monitoring widgets for storage space or database.
