How-To: Troubleshoot On-Demand Calls

1. Check the Forked PBX Wizard
 
Run the Forked PBX wizard again, starting with the second tab (Auth & Service), and make sure under the URL there is a line similar to the one below:
 
http://10.1.0.166:8080/CallRecorder/phoneService?name=#DEVICENAME#
 
Make sure the IP is visible by the phone.
 
 
Next, under the Phones tab, make sure the phones on which you want the services to be available are checked under the Service checkbox.
 
 
2. Check the Phone Service in CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
 
In CUCM, make sure you have the correct values under the Device->Device Settings->Phone Service menu.
